White Sauce Pasta
This particular recipe recreates an all time favourite – pasta in white sauce.
Pasta is to Italians what rice is to Indians. Over the years, pasta has gained immense popularity all over the world for its ability to gel well with numerous ingredients. Creamy and yummy – it’s really a treat. And kids love this dish.
You can also turn this into a mock chicken pasta recipe by adding mock meat.Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
- 2 onions
- 1 packet mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- Fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp garlic paste
- Olive oil
- Soy milk
- Heat olive oil.
- Add the onions sauté them on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms with all herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary). Sauté till the water from the mushrooms evaporates.
- Add the bell peppers and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
