Antioxidant smoothie

Delicious way to start the day! The ingredients of this smoothie contain antioxidant properties which in addition to being delicious makes it perfect!

  • 2 cups of plant based milk (coconut, oatmeal, almond or rice)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 large or 6 small strawberries
  • 1 cup of spinach


Blend all the ingredients and enjoy.
